I wanted to let you know I received both packages in the mail today. Goodness Canada Post seemed to take forever and Amy and I are not very patient waiters LOL. I received my jewelry today! Thank you so much... you really do beautiful work. I love my obsidian triskele bracelet! The pattern variations on the stones are great... they are reminding me of a collection of very cool black and white photographs I saw a while ago. I was supposed to leave my sister's things in the box and I lasted oh, a good 10 minutes lol. The necklace is lovely but I made the mistake of putting it down near some change and you're right, it's very magnetic! I know she will really enjoy all the pieces.

This year I took a flying leap of faith, and for the first time ever bought something through an on-line source. I'm not easy to convince, but from the first time I saw Ronnie's jewelry display, I was curious enough to start a conversation about purchasing a piece for a dear friend.

From the moment of our first on-line conversation, I knew I was dealing with a professional artist. She asked the right questions, detailed custom changes I asked about, and quoted an exact price in both Canadian and US dollars. I was able to pay by money order, which quelled my concern over on-line payments, and when my package arrived within a day or two of her receipt of it, I was thrilled.

All the above notwithstanding, the greatest satisfaction is with the quality of Ronnie's pieces. The necklace and earings I purchased for my friend are so beautifully made, it's a temptation to keep them for myself. The beads and crystals, along with the findings, are perfectly paired -- delicate where delicate is called for, and a look of strength where it's appropriate.

My fears now assuaged, nothing would do but that I purchase something for myself, and the necklace, earrings, and bracelet I asked Ronnie to put together for me are more than I could have hoped for, and the ones I get asked the most questions about.

I've written this as though I'm talking to a third person, as feedback to those of you who might have any hesitation in making a decision, but what I really want to say is, "Thanks Ronnie, I couldn't have found a more qualified professional (or nicer) person with whom to do business."
